Healthy Lunch Recipe: Broccoli Cheddar Chicken Open Face Melt
- 1 piece of whole wheat bread
- 4 ounces of baked or broiled organic chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup of broccoli, slightly steamed
- 1 table spoon of all natural shredded mild cheddar cheese
1. Preheat oven at 350 F.
2. On a cookie sheet, lay down bread and top with chicken, cheese and broccoli.
3. Bake in oven for 5 minutes, or until cheese melts over chicken.
