Clean Eating Weight Loss Meal Plan 96

Breakfast

Whole Wheat Toast, Scrambled Eggs, Fruits on the Side

This breakfast is all about being nutritious: it has whole wheat; it has protein; and it has fresh fruits. It's not a fancy breakfast but it's clean.

Mid Morning Snack

Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt with Raspberries and Honey

Lunch

Apple and Fig Quinoa Salad

What a delicious yet wholesome combination! Organic red and white quinoa, granny apple chunks and sliced figs, mixed in a light blend of vinegarette, agave and lime juice.

It's simple; it's savory. I loved it. I think you should try it.

Afternoon Snack

Mango

Dinner

Herb- and Pepper-Rubbed Broiled Chicken with Steamed Green Beans

This was a quick dinner. Good for week nights.

In a mixing bowl, add chicken breast, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper and dry herbs of your choice. Broil on high for about five minutes each side. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables like today's green beans.

Super simple and super healthy.
